Fazoli’s, the fast-casual Italian restaurant chain, needed a better way to handle rapidly rising off-premise and drive-thru demand during the pandemic while keeping service fast and accurate. The results were strong: average drive-thru window time dropped below two minutes for the first time, mobile ordering increased 79.7%, loyalty-customer sales rose 42% after a mobile app upgrade, and 65% of business shifted to the drive-thru.
