SKY36, a high-end rooftop bar in Da Nang, Vietnam, needed a stable, experienced POS provider to support fast service, mobility, and reliable operations in a demanding nightclub environment. The venue also had to meet international standards and be ready for a major event just weeks after signing, making speed, scalability, and low-maintenance support critical. PAR implemented PAR PixelPoint POS with a POS server, Epson TM-U220 receipt printers, and the MPOS software platform to streamline operations and improve order speed in SKY36’s busy venue. The result was zero downtime to date and the ability to handle more than 2,000 transactions on grand opening night, helping SKY36 deliver faster service, stronger reliability, and a better guest experience.
