Charleys, a fast-growing casual dining brand, needed a more modern and consistent point-of-sale foundation to support a better guest experience and continued expansion toward 1,000 units. The company was dealing with legacy systems across its back office, ordering, mobile ordering, and back-of-house operations, and needed a partner that could support operational flexibility, new technology, and menu changes. ParTech’s Brink cloud-based POS was selected to help meet those needs.
ParTech implemented Brink across Charleys and its sister brand, enabling rapid menu rollout, complex auto-comboing and menu management, and support for digital drive-thru and other new capabilities. The solution helped standardize store technology, improve operational efficiency and throughput during busy periods, and set the brand up for profitable online ordering, mobile ordering, and digital engagement. Charleys reported that Brink was able to implement a sister brand menu in under two weeks at less than 5% of the cost of the first-choice vendor, and over 200 locations were already using the system.
