CAVA, a rapidly growing fast casual Mediterranean restaurant brand, needed a cloud-based POS solution that could be managed remotely across its expanding footprint and by franchisees. Its previous POS system was overly complicated, closed off, and difficult to use, making it hard to get the data needed to improve operations and the customer experience.

PARTech implemented Brink POS, a cloud-based point of sale platform designed to scale with CAVA’s growth. The new system was intuitive, flexible, and enabled fast ad hoc reporting, helping CAVA become more productive and make better use of restaurant data. As a result, CAVA could manage locations more efficiently and continue focusing on creating a better customer experience.
