MEGAMIGS - Customer Case Study

MEGAMIGS, a major Canadian gaming conference, faced the challenge of translating its in-person exhibition, particularly the hands-on game demos, into a fully remote event. To bring high-latency, high-quality gameplay to a global online audience, they partnered with Parsec and used its Parsec for Teams product.

Parsec provided a solution where each exhibitor was given a cloud machine configured with Parsec for Teams, allowing for remote access and gameplay streaming. The vendor's Guest Access feature was used to manage attendee queues and time slots for demos. This resulted in a successful online event with over 1,280 attendees, 80 exhibitors, and more than 100 Parsec-driven demos, generating an estimated 25 million media impressions.
