Parsec Automation deployed TrakSYS as the central system of record, integrating with PREMIER’s Microsoft Dynamics ERP, payroll and project-management systems, providing operator and management interfaces, automated documentation and serialization, and live production screens. The implementation eliminated much manual paperwork, increased visibility of real-time metrics, improved order management and product quality, reduced customer complaints and delivered substantial administrative labor savings—supporting PREMIER’s targets such as a 30% reduction in complaints, a 5% labor-cost improvement and a 50% cut in administrative workload.
