Parsec Automation’s TrakSYS, deployed by Actemium, integrated with Fermacell’s SAP ERP, laboratory and production systems, energy management and SPC to provide real-time KPIs, order and material management, quality monitoring and energy analytics. The solution enabled 100% product quality monitoring, clear correlation of production and energy usage, real-time visibility into OEE and process orders, and reduced raw material consumption and costs by 2.5–4.0% (up to a 4.0% cost reduction).
