Parsec Automation’s TrakSYS™ solution was integrated with Navobi’s batch execution system and configured with custom dashboards and EBR analytics by CGI, enabling real‑time dosing analysis and material management. The work eliminated bottlenecks, sped up dosing with nearly an 80% accuracy improvement, increased throughput, reduced raw material consumption and achieved ROI in 12 weeks—lowering cost per batch and significantly decreasing material waste.
