Conagra Brands faced slow, error-prone paper-based procedures at its new $300M Waseca, Minn. production facility and wanted a mobile-first way for frontline workers to execute work, get real-time help, and capture accurate operational data. Conagra selected Parsable’s Connected Worker for Operations solution to replace paper work instructions and digitize standard operating procedures across quality, production, receiving and shipping.

Parsable deployed a low-code, enterprise-interoperable platform and rolled out 400+ digital work templates in hours for tasks like CIP, inspections, enzyme testing and tote X‑ray, with minimal IT support. The Parsable implementation reduced downtime through timely digital checks, cut errors with automated quality triggers and rapid traceability, improved data quality for analytics, and accelerated paperwork turnaround (now images/videos and reports in about 30–45 minutes), empowering associates to run processes more autonomously.
