The solution embedded deadlines (24-hour incident reporting, 72-hour investigations), traffic-light tracking, root-cause analysis and action-plan follow-up, enabling Grupo Bimbo to distinguish business-wide versus facility issues, act proactively before incidents, and measurably improve safety performance across its Bimbo QSR sites.
