CLK Properties, a real estate investor and operator, purchased a Chicago commercial building and needed to generate income from its 26 vacant parking spots during renovations. They partnered with vendor ParqEx to implement its Marketplace service.

ParqEx listed the parking spots on its Marketplace, handled all marketing, customer support, and enforcement using its Enforcer solution. This provided CLK Properties with a completely hands-off operation. The ParqEx solution was highly flexible, allowing the lot to be used for construction crews for three months with minimal disruption. As a result, ParqEx generated $72,000 in ancillary income for the client and enabled a smooth transition to new building tenants with only 30 days' notice.
