How Software Delivery Provider Neueda Leveraged Parkoffice to Decrease the Amount of Staff Driving to Work by Over 50%

Huckletree, a co‑working community with six locations (about 2,000 members, 380 in Dublin), was forced to close its Dublin car park after chronic parking headaches: limited shared spaces, contractors and guests taking spots, and staff spending hours locating rogue vehicles. To solve this, Huckletree turned to ParkOffice’s parking management and automation.

ParkOffice deployed an app‑driven system with advance contractor booking and algorithmic allocation (considering distance, disability, usage patterns, carpooling, etc.), giving Huckletree transparent, priority-based space assignments. The result: ParkOffice enabled Huckletree to reopen and consistently fill the car park (95–100% occupancy, 100% of parking managed via ParkOffice), 20% of member companies regularly use the app, no violations for over a year, and a major reduction in staff time spent on parking issues.
