Managed Services Provider AC3 Automatically Optimizes Customers’ Cloud Environments with ParkMyCloud

AC3, an Australian managed services provider with more than 1,000 customers, faced a recurring challenge: giving customers flexible, self-service on/off schedules and rightsizing for public cloud resources without relying on manual scripts and engineer intervention. To solve this, AC3 adopted ParkMyCloud’s cost optimization platform to manage AWS and Azure resource scheduling and resizing.

ParkMyCloud enabled AC3’s customers to schedule non-production resources, group resources for easy management, and override schedules for testing, while integrating logs into AC3’s monitoring and offering an MSP dashboard for multi-account management. The result: AC3 customers save thousands of dollars every month on AWS and Azure bills, and AC3 has dramatically reduced manual labor—customer success staff can now spin up ParkMyCloud accounts without custom engineering work.
