With ParkHub’s data-driven rate analysis, Raffle Parking tested adjustments to its transient pricing structure, including a $1 increase in the 10–24 hour rate to $26. ParkHub projected that this change alone could generate an additional $10,088 in annual revenue, with breakeven analysis showing transactions would need to fall by more than 3.8% before the increase would hurt overall revenue.
