ParkHub Helps ACE Parking Increase Revenue at Oakland City Center

ACE Parking wanted to generate new demand and capture more parkers at its Oakland City Center garage as workers returned to the office. To do so, the parking operator partnered with ParkHub to implement a flexible digital pass solution, SmartPass, aimed at creating customized parking products that would better meet evolving parker needs.

ParkHub helped ACE Parking launch SmartPass with seamless integration into its existing Parkonect PARCS system and coordinated marketing across the property’s website, signage, flyers, employer outreach, and digital campaigns. The result was more than $3,000 in incremental revenue in the launch month, which grew to $7,000–$9,500 in recurring monthly revenue and over $100,000 in annualized incremental revenue within a few months.
