Momentous Sports Center Boosted Revenue with Prime and EventPass

Momentous Sports Center, a Southern California youth sports tournament venue, needed a better way to handle parking payments and operations. The center wanted to move beyond cash-only sales, offer card and online prepay options, reduce cash-handling issues, and gain better visibility into lot capacity, foot traffic, and traffic flow. The vendor, ParkHub, provided a payment and reservation solution to address these challenges.

ParkHub implemented Prime mobile point-of-sale devices and the EventPass prepaid reservation platform for Momentous Sports Center. This helped the venue become more cashless, cut cash variances, improve security and real-time monitoring, and reduce ingress bottlenecks. Results included a drop in cash use from 63% to 24% over two six-month periods, a 26.2% year-over-year revenue increase in April and May, and an average EventPass redemption rate of 83.4%.
