Live Nation slashes Parking Wait Time & Boosts Profits With ParkHub

BB&T Pavilion, operated by Live Nation, was struggling with long parking wait times (often 45–80 minutes), limited payment options, and prevalent cash slippage. To bring parking services in-house and streamline operations, the venue engaged ParkHub and adopted ParkHub Prime handheld mPOS devices along with the ParkHub Portal cloud-based business intelligence suite.

ParkHub deployed 40 mPOS units and the Portal, cutting average parking times to under 30 minutes, driving credit-card acceptance to peaks near 75%, and producing roughly $750,000 in incremental gross parking revenue over a four-month period.
