ParkHub’s solution consolidated transaction-level data into one platform, giving VPNE real-time visibility into occupancy, revenue, and transaction volume while reducing manual reporting. Through Automated Yield Management and pricing optimization, VPNE increased online revenue by 101% on ParkWhiz by July 2019, adding about $485,000 in annual revenue and an estimated $9.7 million in parking asset value uplift, while also improving performance during high-demand and slow periods.
