AT&T Stadium struggled with a fragmented, station-based parking system that forced cash handling, lengthy lines, manual inventory tracking, and limited real-time visibility. To address these challenges the venue engaged ParkHub and its mobile point-of-sale (mPOS) and business intelligence tools to modernize payments and operational reporting.
ParkHub deployed mPOS devices across lots, enabled credit and mobile wallets, supported pre-paid passes, and delivered remote monitoring and BI dashboards. The result: attendant adoption climbed to 86% in 2015, year-over-year improvements in revenue and transaction capture, streamlined electronic payments and reporting, better staffing and lot-level visibility, improved fan throughput — and a reported 700% ROI from the solution.
