Pariveda Solutions combined two simultaneous re-engineering efforts, introduced quick-hit tactical projects, and implemented an agile delivery approach built around user stories and five three-week iterations plus hardening. Pariveda also designed a new Java-based enterprise architecture using Spring, iBATIS, and Velocity templates, along with a web services interface.
