Pax Christi Catholic Community in Eden Prairie, Minnesota, needed a better way to manage the heavy volume of annual stewardship forms, pledges, and volunteer data while keeping parishioner information secure. Working with ParishSOFT and its Ministry Scheduler program, the parish sought a solution that could support trusted volunteers and ease the burden on staff.

ParishSOFT helped Pax Christi implement a structured volunteer process using the Gift Inventory, role-specific permissions, background checks, and confidentiality safeguards within ParishSOFT software. As a result, Pax Christi now maintains about 4–6 trusted volunteers at a time, with volunteers handling sensitive data in 1–2 hour weekly shifts, helping staff manage 700–800 forms each fall and freeing parish staff to focus on other ministry needs.
