ParishSOFT customer Christ the King Parish needed a simpler, more targeted way to communicate with parishioners and manage event sign-ups and volunteer scheduling. By leveraging ParishSOFT’s Family Directory and Time & Talent together with Constant Contact, the parish aimed to reduce staff time, improve open rates, and make it easy for people to choose the communications they want.
Using the direct integration, consistent subject lines, photos, links, event registration tools and surveys, the parish created targeted e-mail lists, streamlined registrations and automated data updates back into ParishSOFT. The result: higher open and click rates, easier event management, saved staff time, doubled recipients for the weekly bulletin after a mass mailing, and increased participation in programs like Online Giving and My Own Church.
