The Varnett Public School, a three-campus charter school district in Houston, faced a challenge in reaching all parents due to its lack of a centralized school-home communication system. This issue was compounded during the COVID-19 shutdowns, and the district needed a solution that could integrate with its existing Clever resource repository.

The district implemented the ParentSquare platform, which met its requirements for Clever integration and versatile communication options, including phone calls for families without smartphones.
