Thompson & Morgan, the UK’s largest mail order seed and plant company, needed a better way to handle bad address data because delivery accuracy is critical for online orders. Parcelhub worked with the company to improve the address query process when issues occurred.

Parcelhub implemented a proactive SMART delivery solution that captured bad address events in real time and allowed consumer addresses to be validated and confirmed to the carrier. Within 2 months, over 3,000 address issues were eliminated, 97% of address issues were picked up by Parcelhub, and issues were actioned within 4 hours of the scan being applied.
