Lighting Legends, founded by Jon Saeed and Adam Wilkins in 2020 to make sustainable outdoor lighting, quickly outgrew the capabilities of its two founders as orders flooded in. Faced with having to drive to multiple newsagents to dispatch parcels, they engaged Parcelhub for a scalable parcel delivery solution to handle their growing e-commerce demand.

Parcelhub implemented a flexible multi-carrier delivery service with a single daily collection by a regular driver, plus tracked two-day delivery for orders over £25 (and a £2.99 option under £25). As a result, Parcelhub now collects over 700 consignments a week in peak season, helping Lighting Legends reach more than £2.5 million in turnover and saving the founders substantial time and operational hassle.
