The hotel's new owners partnered with vendor Parasoleil to find a modern screening solution.

Parasoleil implemented custom-finished aluminum and steel panels as lanai partitions. This solution provided the necessary privacy and ventilation while contemporizing the building's appearance alongside other updates like new glass railings. By using a custom pattern and finish designed for varying light exposure, Parasoleil successfully modernized the property's aesthetic for the 21st century.
