Parasoleil partnered with Hilton Garden Inn in Boulder, CO, to address the design challenge of dividing public spaces in a way that was both intimate and artistic. The hotel needed a solution that provided a visual break and physical delineation while also serving as a strong aesthetic and functional element.

The solution implemented by Parasoleil was the use of custom architectural aluminum panels with a Liberty Verdigris finish. The panels featured a custom pattern with varying opacity; lower panels had a denser pattern for a physical boundary, while higher panels had a more open pattern to allow light and air to pass through. This design from Parasoleil successfully created an artistic screen that functioned as both a visual and physical divider, highlighted by the striking contrast of the finish against the darker frame.
