The customer, EDIT at River North Apartments, a multifamily development in Denver, faced the challenge of making a differentiating architectural statement at the top of its 13-story building. For the rooftop amenity space, they needed a memorable feature that would also serve as a glowing beacon in the skyline. They partnered with vendor Parasoleil to use their architectural metal panels as a cladding solution.

Parasoleil implemented their aluminum Gotham-patterned panels using their patented PSO bracket system. This solution provided a durable, backlit, and artistic backdrop for events while ensuring the panels were easily removable for maintenance. As a result, Parasoleil helped create a distinctive and illuminated crown for the building, making it a marked feature of Denver's skyline at night and enhancing the rooftop experience for residents.
