ING Mortgages Netherlands faced a complex, heavily integrated technology landscape — a mix of legacy and modern systems — while accelerating releases to deliver richer customer experiences. The solution made 60% of the mortgage ecosystem testable in isolation, eliminated many external dependencies, cut test preparation and execution from five days to one, reduced complexity and costs, and improved change control and delivery speed.
