A leading brokerage firm needed to scale the scope and frequency of application testing but faced rising costs because its partner charged for a fixed number of lines into the partner’s test environment. Expanding test access and coverage without buying more third‑party access became a critical barrier to faster, broader testing and onboarding.

The firm implemented Parasoft Virtualize to emulate the partner systems, replacing 100% of the relevant test-environment functionality (including custom FIX protocol support) and eliminating the need to purchase additional access lines. Virtual assets were rapidly modeled to support stateful transactions and multiple protocols, enabling faster, more frequent testing, broader coverage, and the creation of “disposable” training environments that can be reset in minutes.
