Telenet, supporting the new Ads & Data venture with De Vijver Media and other partners, needed a simple and secure way to give employees access to files and applications spread across multiple companies’ IT environments. The challenge was to combine legacy systems into one workplace while keeping usability high and security tight, so they turned to Parallels Secure Workspace.

Parallels Secure Workspace provided a single browser-based portal for secure access to virtualized apps, desktops, and file servers from different parent companies, with granular user permissions and auditing. The setup was completed in about a week, passed security assessment, and gave users and administrators a simpler experience—helping Telenet launch the environment quickly and keep it as a long-term workstation solution.
