Stepco achieves a universal client for all OSes with easy configuration and management interface

Stepco BV, a Dutch IT solutions and managed service provider, needed a virtualization platform that could centrally host and securely deliver desktops and applications to users across multiple devices and operating systems. Its existing Microsoft RDS setup was too limited, while alternatives such as Citrix and VMware were more complex to configure and manage, and carried higher licensing costs that would hurt margins.

Stepco BV implemented Parallels RAS, which provided a universal client for all OS platforms and simplified configuration and management from a single server. With Parallels, Stepco can publish virtual desktops and applications securely from centralized RDS servers, making them accessible from any device with minimal client-side setup and easier ongoing administration.
