Netropolix, a managed service provider in Belgium, needed a secure way to give clients seamless access to legacy applications while reducing repeated authentication prompts and strengthening its Microsoft RDS and Azure Virtual Desktop offerings. The company also needed single sign-on, MFA support, and reliable vendor support as Microsoft’s MFA Server changes increased the urgency to find an alternative.
