Mastex Software overcomes remote app issues with Parallels RAS

Mastex Software, which publishes its MXSuite software and other applications, struggled with security issues, blocked ports, and frequent downtime when delivering remote apps through RemoteApp. These connection problems made it difficult for customers to access the environment reliably, creating extra support work and reducing efficiency. Mastex Software turned to Parallels RAS to provide a more dependable remote application delivery solution.

Parallels RAS implemented application publishing through its Web Portal and HTML5 Gateway, alongside Windows Server Remote Desktop Services, for about 100 users with 35 concurrent sessions. The result was smoother, easier customer connections, resolved security and connectivity issues, and less need for support. Mastex Software reported improved efficiency, higher customer satisfaction, and centralized management of connection settings through Parallels RAS.
