Code3 leverages Parallels Secure Workspace to build a cloud flavor of their fireplan software

CODE3, a German ISV founded in 2012, develops fireplan software for fire departments and municipalities across Germany and other German-speaking regions. As demand grew for mobile, cross-platform access on devices like Mac, Linux, tablets, and older Windows systems, CODE3 needed an alternative after Azure RemoteApp was discontinued.

CODE3 implemented Parallels Secure Workspace to deliver secure, browser-based access to fireplan on Microsoft Azure. Parallels helped CODE3 provide faster performance, especially for users with weak internet connections or network restrictions, and made the software usable on virtually any platform; the company reported a significant speed improvement and said customers could finally use the software much like those with strong connections.
