Paradigm Project Managers and Business Analysts Merge Flight Operations for Major Airline

The Largest Commercial and Freight Airline Company, one of the world’s largest airlines with 61,000+ employees and nearly 6,700 flights per day, needed to create a single Flight Operation System for flight attendants following a merger. Paradigm Technology was brought in to help address the heavy requirements-gathering and testing workload, keep pace with business needs, and provide the technical expertise needed to meet project deadlines.

Paradigm Technology assembled a team of project managers, business analysts, and program management oversight focused on Flight Operation Systems to support the integration effort. The team was organized into four pods with BAs, SMEs, and design engineers building BPMs, and the work has resulted in over 88% of projects completed or marked on track, with a 98% success rate.
