Keller Freight Solutions, the freight brokerage arm of Keller Logistics Group, wanted to support ambitious growth while keeping customer service strong in an old-school trucking industry. To compete more effectively and avoid slowing partners down with manual processes, Keller turned to Parade AI and its Parade Capacity Management platform to help identify the best carriers for each load.

Parade AI integrated with Keller’s TMS to automate capacity workflows and surface carrier performance data such as on-time delivery, late times, driver history, and lane usage. With weekly scorecards and better visibility into quotes, Keller improved carrier selection and booking decisions, and is now planning to double its digital load bookings over the next year while maintaining a strong service experience.
