Parade’s solution integrated seamlessly with the company's Tai TMS, automating freight matching, carrier outreach, and booking. This enabled Concept Logistics to make a major customer largely self-serving and provided their team with a top-down view of capacity to plan more effectively. The results were significant, including a 54% growth rate for the brokerage, with 60% of their loads over a 90-day period being hauled by 103 core carriers.
