CAVA, a rapidly expanding fast-casual Mediterranean restaurant brand, needed a cloud-based POS that could be managed remotely across locations and unlock actionable data to improve the customer experience. To solve this, CAVA selected PAR POS’s Brink POS platform to replace legacy systems that were complex and provided little useful data.

PAR POS implemented Brink POS, enabling easy integration with CAVA’s custom tools, faster employee onboarding, and centralized visibility into sales and operations. The result was greater reliability, improved throughput — allowing CAVA to serve more guests in less time — and increased profitability driven by better data and remote management via PAR POS.
