Laughing Planet Cafe is a quick‑service restaurant chain (17 locations) that focuses on vegetarian, vegan, paleo, and gluten‑free fare and a highly customizable menu. Because customers frequently request substitutions and modifications, the chain’s previous POS struggled to capture orders and track data. PAR POS was engaged to address those challenges using its cloud‑based Brink POS® software.

PAR POS deployed Brink POS® across Laughing Planet Cafe’s locations, centralizing order data in the cloud and simplifying reporting.
