PAR POS implemented PAR Brink Cloud POS across Duck Donuts’ estate, created a centralized IT role, and enabled online ordering and a forthcoming loyalty program. The consolidated reporting from PAR POS delivered measurable benefits — higher guest checks for online orders, the ability to instantly change menus and optimize more than 20 pricing tiers, and faster, more reliable rollouts of new locations.
