DiBella’s Subs, a family-owned sub sandwich chain with 42 locations, faced growing online and operational complexity in 2019: an aging POS, no central cloud-based system, siloed cost reporting, and outdated payment processing. To address these challenges they engaged PAR OPS, adopting Brink POS and PAR’s Unified Commerce suite (Data Central, Punchh, and PAR Payment Services) to modernize their technology stack.

PAR OPS implemented a centralized, cloud-based Brink POS plus Data Central for labor and schedule visibility, Punchh for loyalty, and integrated payment services. The unified solution gave DiBella’s complete control over transaction data and inventory, allowed managers to view schedules, labor costs and daily sales on the go, and improved purchasing, inventory and labor-scheduling practices across 40+ locations—streamlining operations and enabling better decisions that support a stronger bottom line.
