How Sonny’s BBQ is using data as a competitive edge

Sonny's BBQ, a regional barbecue chain with 110 locations, needed a modern data strategy to tighten margins, improve visibility, and consolidate transactional and operational data for both store-level and corporate decision-making. To achieve this, Sonny's selected PAR OPS’ Restaurant Magic back-office software (integrated with the Brink POS) to replace older systems and centralize reporting and analysis.

PAR OPS implemented Restaurant Magic with a customized rollout and training program, integrating Brink POS data, custom reports, dashboards, predictive inventory, and near–real-time alerts.
