PostNord’s brand management platform was key for their people when launching their new brand

PostNord, a major Nordic parcel and logistics provider with 28,000 employees, faced the daunting challenge of rolling out a new, modernized brand identity consistently across five countries. Their goal was to establish themselves as the leading e-commerce delivery brand, but distributing new brand assets and ensuring uniform adoption was a complex logistical problem. They partnered with vendor Papirfly to find a digital solution for this rebranding journey.

Papirfly implemented a brand management platform, creating a custom online portal for PostNord called the Brand Terminal. This central hub provided a single source of truth for the new brand guidelines, templates, and assets, all integrated with a Digital Asset Management (DAM) system. The solution gave PostNord seamless control over their brand distribution, eliminated the use of old assets, and made the new identity easy for everyone to understand and use. Papirfly's platform was described as a crucial part of the rebranding process, making implementation faster, smoother, and more efficient.
