DMM, a Welsh manufacturer of premium personal protective equipment (PPE), faced a challenge for its commercial clients who purchased thousands of items. By integrating its scan-able PPE with Papertrail's inspection management platform, DMM provided a seamless solution for its customers. The vendor's system automated record-keeping, saving up to 90% of administration time during inspections. This allowed one customer to reduce their annual inspection downtime from two weeks to just five days, with an expectation of cutting it to two. For large corporate clients, the partnership delivers annual savings of around £50,000 and extends the service life of their PPE assets.
