The centre implemented Papertrail, a cloud-based system, to consolidate all safety records, inspections, and staff qualifications. Papertrail provided a central hub for operational documents and ensured accountability from all staff. As a result, the centre successfully achieved and maintained its AHOEC Gold certification with confidence, and the system's use expanded to manage additional records for vehicles, premises, and technical advisors.
