A Paperspace Case Study
Raygun Creative, a Los Angeles-based VFX studio, needed a flexible way to scale computing power for demanding animation, motion graphics, and rendering work across a wide range of tools including Cinema 4D, Houdini, Maya, Nuke, and Unity. With projects that often require multiple artists working remotely and render times that can range from two to 48 hours per frame, the studio turned to Paperspace to support its growing production needs.
Paperspace provided Raygun Creative with on-demand compute power and an easy-to-use system that lets the team quickly spin up workstations and rendering resources as needed. This helped the studio avoid the overhead of large in-house infrastructure, collaborate across distances, and meet deadlines more efficiently while maintaining the flexibility to expand or contract capacity based on each project’s requirements.
