PAM builds a limited-release digital assistant with PaperKite

PAM, a startup founded by Nicole Retter, aimed to reduce the mental and physical load of family admin for working parents but faced uncertainty on how to strategically move from concept to a viable product with limited funding. They partnered with the vendor PaperKite for product strategy coaching to help refine their direction and navigate this ambiguity.

PaperKite implemented a strategic framework to identify PAM's biggest unknowns and created an outcome-based roadmap for efficient experimentation. They built a limited-release product prototype by creatively integrating existing AI and software, saving significant development costs and allowing PAM to get the product into parents' hands and showcase it to investors. Through this collaboration, PaperKite helped turn the founder's vision into a tangible product with enormous potential and supported her in building a case for future funding.
