Closer to Truth is a long-running PBS-backed series and online resource exploring cosmos, consciousness, and meaning. Facing a sprawling library of roughly 4,000 videos and an inflexible homegrown CMS, the team needed a scalable content strategy, easier contributor workflows, and an approach that non-developer staff could manage without ongoing infrastructure headaches.

Behavior rebuilt the site on Drupal and hosted it on Pantheon, using Git-based workflows and Multidev to enable easy handoffs and collaboration. The site launched in three months, now supports 300,000 minutes of video views per month, reduces time spent on infrastructure, and gives Closer to Truth the scalability and flexibility to expand content and educational offerings.
