Case Study: Weber School District improves student support with Panorama Student Success

Weber School District - Customer Case Study

Weber School District, serving 32,000 students in Ogden, Utah, wanted a better way to support students proactively instead of relying on what staff described as “autopsies” on students. The district was early in its tiered intervention system journey and looked for a user-friendly, one-stop dashboard that could centralize intervention tracking and bring life skills data together with other student information. Weber worked with Panorama Education on Panorama Student Success.

Panorama Education securely integrated with Weber’s SIS, MyStudent/MyWeber, and brought in standards-based grades, assessments including DIBELS and UT Rise, behavior data, and life skills data on a daily basis. The district also used a phased rollout plan with customized trainings and support for existing meetings and structures. Weber leaders said the rollout was welcomed by all 29 elementary schools, that the data team collaboration was seamless, and that Panorama’s responsiveness was “off the charts.”
